The fifth showcase presents the world's first discs designed for disc golf.

Night Flyer

It is estimated that 125 discs per size were made, or about 1000 discs. Glow plastic was used to make the discs heavier. The name had to be changed because Lighting Systems, Inc. was already using the same name for their discs. The new name was Midnight Flyer. Wham-O manufactured the discs for the DGA.
